Seated Leg Curl
The Seated Leg Curl trains the hamstring muscles (semitendinosus, Biceps Femoris, Semimembrinosus) which are the muscles in the posterior aspect of the upper leg. The manner in which this machine keeps ones legs in proper placement allows for the maximal strengthening.
