MaxLife is a wellness-oriented health and fitness center that offers exercise sessions by appointment. Each exercise session is performed one on one with an Exercise Physiologist or Physical Therapist and designed specifically for the client's wants and needs.

Periodization! At MaxLife Health Center , exercise programs are designed to not just keep your body active, but also to engage your mind. Research has shown that workout programs need to be changed in 6-12 week periods in order see continual improvement. Each period builds upon the previous one, thereby increasing your skill level and abilities. Our programs are not only based on your wants and needs, but are designed intelligently to continually challenge you.

Functional Training! What does it mean? Functional training is when you train for life. The goal of functional training is to make your everyday activities easier to perform. This can consist of anything from balance and coordination to strength and power to flexibility.
