H/S Therapy Associates, Inc. is a superior physical therapy clinic that specializes in one-on-one attention for all of our patients. We are experienced in treating a wide variety of diagnoses and pathologies of an orthopedic, neurological and developmental nature.

H/S Therapy Associates was founded by Anja K. Smith, PT in 1983. Frank J. Ciuba, DPT, MS has owned the practice since August of 1997. H/S Therapy offers an array of services, including but not limited to: orthopedic and neurological physical therapy, aquatic therapy, industrial rehabilitation, osteoporosis prevention, balance programs with a focus on fall prevention, sports-specific conditioning, and consulting work.
